Requirement • A degree is required and accounting professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA) • Experience in a professional firm is highly appreciated (Big 4 experience) • A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management position with relevant commercial experience preferably gained in sizable organizations • Business development and/or sales experience a plus but not essential • Sound leadership, excellent in interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel • Fluency in both spoken and written English • Desire to become an integral member of regional management team while heading an independent operation Profile • Up and coming, ready to step up while still willing to roll up the sleeves and work on building a young business in an established organization • Mature in attitude with lots of patience to train and coach local staff • VN experience an advantage but not necessary
