'- Responsible for quota achievement in accordance to the prior quota agreement and also responsible for market share achievement which already has been accepted.
'- Promote and sell company commercial tires through fleet development and total tire management solution.
'- Regular visit to fleets, distributors and develop growth plan to exceed assigned targets.
'- Develop company Distributor sales team quality by doing more fleets visit and coordination with the distributor sales team.
'- Improving company image by displaying proper character, anti corruption, good judgement and ethics in both personal and business life.
'- Responsible for controlling field selling expenses related to his area operation
- Required: Bachelor degree preferable, any major.
- More than 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 3 year in Preferrably has Commercial Tire sales background.
Knowledge & Skills:
'- Basic Tire, Product and Business Process
'- Sales and Marketing
'- Interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing
'- Leadership skill (Motivating, Coaching, Delegating)
'-. English proficiency (oral and written) and computer literate
'- Business & financial acumen.
