Job Description

in Vietnam in 1993, ABB recently has around 900 employees working in three
regions across the country to ensure the nationwide presence of the ABB
brand. The Head Office and Transformer Factories are located in Hanoi, High
Voltage and Medium Voltage Power Product factories are in Bac Ninh, other
branch offices are in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.

business processes, including power and energy distribution, to improve the
reliability and efficiency of its customers’ activities.

ABB Vietnam currently has
an opportunity for a Business Development Manager (Food & Beverage) who
would lead the sales and marketing activities and implement market based
strategy for direct, indirect and third party sales. Reporting to Country MD and Food
& Beverage Leader your responsibilities would include but are not limited
to:

· 
Interpreting and implementing the global strategy
as per the country specific action plans to have strategic alignment.

· 
Defining and ensuring the achievement of key
targets (e.g. volume, price, portfolio mix).

· 
Managing business intelligence, analysis and bench
marking to identify best processes.

· 
Handling marketing by development of local sales,
international standards, regulation if external bodies (identification and
implementation).

· 
Identifying and prioritizing major accounts in
F&B sector and act as an account manager.

· 
Building and maintaining strong customer
relationships.

· 
Supporting in negotiating
complex legal and commercial international frame agreements and ensuring the
team is well prepared to manage large projects.

· 
Using the standard reporting tool and identifying
future opportunities of progress.

· 
Managing the team and coaching, motivating,
training the team with the support of HR.

Job Requirements

To be
considered for this role you should have university degree in related field
with minimum years of experience in sales in F&B segment/industry. The
person should have understanding of food related standards. The role would suit
someone who has strong analytical and negotiation skills with strong business
development abilities. You should be able to work collaboratively and closely
with the senior management.
