Job Description
1. Build the company business to serve Vietnam’s domestic and outbound travelers, leveraging our products and merchandising platforms
2. Identify attractive segments, understand their travel booking needs, and develop the channels to maximize reach and conversions
3. Establish strategic and marketing partnerships to drive brand awareness and customer traffic
4. Secure availability and competitive pricing for domestic and international outbound flights, local hotels, vacation packages, ground transport, and tourism attractions
5. Hire and manage a locally-based team to support marketing, fulfillment, customer service, and supplier relations
6. KPIs include achieving key business objectives and completing targets for quarterly and annual P&L
Job Requirements
1. 5-10 years of BD experience in the South East Asian market, preferable in Travel industry
2. Familiarity with e-commerce and mobile B2C business models
3. Proven leadership and entrepreneurial track record
4. Deep network in the hospitality, airlines, or other travel-related industry a plus
5. Ability to deliver results, learn quickly, and iterate under a tight schedule
6. Native-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Vietnamese
7. Business-level Chinese and/or English-language proficiency
