1. JOB PURPOSE: Summarize in one statement why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company. - Responsible to manage all aspects of materials flow and to maintain stock control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping. - To ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time. This position is also responsible to manage all supplier relationships. 2. DIMENSIONS: (Pls refer to the JD guidelines for more details) List the data which will show the scope and scale of activities with which this job is concerned. - Perform MRP daily to ensure met requirement from Production demand. Make sure all parameters are compliant with Stock levels and meet production demand (40%) - Analysis monthly procurement before issue scheduling to all suppliers under manage (15%) Track and trace to make sure suppliers delivery on time, in full quantity. - Achieves financial objectives by working with management group to meet materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions (15%) - Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to meet production demand (10%) - Audit suppliers; Suggest of improvement of packing, shipping to compliant with SRM system (15%). - In Supply Chain, this position will be connecting with all Suppliers, WH (Warehouse), Incoming office, Purchasing, R&D, Finance departments. As well as all manufacturing workshops and Logistics team (15%). 3.
