Job Description

1. Set up training strategy and yearly planning. Control and manage training activities for the whole company:

a. Research, do survey on training models of Head Quarter or stores in other countries to propose suitable model for stores in Vietnam.
b. Build up training plan in long term which followed company business strategies
c. Organize selection, training and implementation of training center.

2. Always work with all department head and staff for training need analysis. Build up standard training materials:

a. Identify, analyze requirements of each department, stores.
b. Design, create internal training program (business culture, company policy, soft skills, etc...)

3. Conduct training courses for advance skills (soft skills, buyer management, leadership… for stores an head office):

a. Implement training for new staff, training for sales staff in stores.
b. Training skills on category management, category and counter monitoring, merchandise management and working procedure in stores.
c. Conduct new staff in different positions (if necessary) such as purchasing dept., logistics, stores, etc…
d. Cooperate with Dept. to organize training programs as planned and based on requirements
e. Evaluate after training.

4. Set up, manage and control training budget:

a. Planning and propose budget estimation.
b. Make sure all training activities suitable with approved budget.
c. Remain a networking with training outsources. Collect information about quality of outsources agencies to create list of suitable outsource training center along with evaluation.

5. Manage and delegate people in training department:

a. Manage training documents and training pass port of all staff.
b. Consider evaluation result of staff to have suitable plan for career promotion for staff.
c. Evaluate potential staff to build next generation for company.

6. Take part in other assignment of HRD and company as requested:

a. Work directly with store/ Head of Dept. to fully understand Human resource system, Management activities, job requirements in order to propose suitable requirements for recruitment process and training program for each position.
b. Take part in setting up/opening activities including recruitment, training, and intern management in stores. Check, monitor and evaluate ability through all activities in training process as well as working at stores.
c. Networking with universities, labor outsourcing… to ensure the recruitment activities adapt with new store expansion.
d. Join and develop the teamwork, creating culture and moral for all staff 

Job Requirements

 Age: 30 to 45

 MBA degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.

 Experience: Working in supermarket over 3 years toward, have professional knowledge and strongly understand about supermarket and retail industry.

 Fluency in English language (Fluency in French is an advantage).

 Customer-focused.

 Skills: Establish relationships, Communication skills, Planning, Solving problem skills, Teamwork skills, training and presenting skills, good at Microsoft office software, Good English skills.

 Additional requirements: Creative, active, enthusiastic, responsible, sharp-mind, professional manner, be able to work independently and under high pressure.
