Conferences and Seminars-are they effective tools to build up company brand name, especially for consumer products?

When doing PR activities, even when there are some methods which seem not to work well, we still have to do, but less. In terms of conferences and seminars in building up company's brand name, I think its effectiveness sometimes might not be clear for us to see at first. Anyway, if not for brand name, it's still beneficial in another ways. By the way, these tools themselves don't work alone, we must combine different tools to reach the goal.

.i've been to many talk shows/conferences so at least i got something to say about branding our company and products =D

- normally there are hundreds of people in a boardroom so you won't get a chance to get to know every single one of them, but it would be great if you can try saying hi to as many people as you can

- and the ones you come across are from different fields, so is your product(s) right for them?

.in order to brand your company and product(s), try sponsoring conferences by providing pens, books, or water bottles that have your company name and a brief description of your product(s) printed on the label would be a good choice .besides, most of the audiences will bring them home!
