Công việc Customer Due Diligence ở ngân hàng nước ngoài ?

Em tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế và đang tìm việc. Em thấy có một NH nước ngoài tuyển dụng nhiều vị trí Operations Assistant, Customer Due Diligence, SD và không bắt buộc phải có kinh nghiệm làm việc. Công việc cụ thể (em copy nguyên bản tiếng Anh từ trang web gốc) là:

- The jobholder is expected to carry out day to day SD processing and assist in the operational activities of the department by maximizing their efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
- Ensure that the service level agreements (SLAs) with the businesses are consistently met and that customer service levels are of a continuously high standard.
- Work in liaison with related parties in the aspect of SD processing/operations related matters to ensure customer’s complaints and feedback are investigated, addressed and reported to the related parties.
- Training, learning and growth in knowledge of one’s job scope, sharing experience & knowledge on her/his desk duties. Learning through feedback from surveys, peers and experiences. Training attendance and subsequently applications of concepts and theories learnt in the workplace.
- Assist in maintaining costs within budget through providing suggestions on cost savings initiatives, work process improvements and avoiding operation losses.
- Ensure compliance with the guided relevant FIM/BIM/DIB, SLAs, operations manuals, audit requirements, and regulations of the SBV, HKMA etc
- Maintain control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk by:
- Remaining compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines.
- Ensuring strict compliance with government banking regulations.
- Timely implementing internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Theo em tìm hiểu thì "Customer Due Diligence" là thẩm định/ điều tra/ đánh giá khách hàng. Còn SD thì em chưa biết nó là gì, các anh chị nào biết có thể giải thích cho em hiểu rõ hơn ?
Hơn nữa, em chưa có kinh nghiệm làm việc nên khi đọc các yêu cầu công việc phía trên thì em chỉ hiểu chung chung, chứ không hiểu sâu hoặc mường tượng rõ công việc cụ thể ngoài thực tế nó như thế nào, nên có anh chị nào làm bên ngân hàng hoặc trải nghiệm những vị trí tương tự như việc này thì tư vấn giúp em về bản chất công việc cụ thể thực tiễn với.
Anh chị có thể chia sẻ thêm về trải nghiệm, đặc thù (như có tiếp xúc trực tiếp với khách hàng không, có liên quan đến mảng sales, kinh doanh không ? v.v...) lẫn điều nên làm và nên tránh, cũng như công việc ở vị trí này có nhiều áp lực, căng thẳng nặng nề không ? để em và mọi người cùng hiểu biết thêm.
Ngoài ra, em còn thấy đòi hỏi yêu cầu đáp ứng cho công việc này không quá phức tạp và tuyển nhiều vị trí thì không biết xác suất để vô được có dễ không ?
và nếu không hoàn thành tốt thì có dễ dàng bị loại không ?
