How to get professional job?

In my opinion: there are now professional job. A job is professional or not it's depend on you. You are the one who make the job be profession :D
When I was a student, I was crazy about looking for a professional job and then get disappointed cause we always know that "Ở trong trăn mới biết trăn có rận". As what you stated on your profile, I know you are experience enough to instill about that.
So my advice that you should looking for a job that you are feel satisfied enough then make it professional in your ways.
Here tell you how to get a job that you are looking for ( just my personal experience, it's might not work for most of people ). Go and find head hunter that usually looking for key position on field that you are targeting. Talking with me, ask for a cafe, send them your cv, present your experience... then waiting for call :D
There is a little bit conflict on your question since you tell us that you "not have good qualification but I have experience" .Tell me if I am wrong cause experience just one of the factors that make a good qualification.
Usually, people will think you have experience that you got at least 50% to 60% of the qualification on the job already. So be happy :D

you are not a professional yet (i mean complete with the degree and the experience). For the same jo the head hunter will not chose you, just because they want to security to 'deliver' the right candidate at no risk. They need the closest to perfect match. You are out.

You still have a chance in Vietnam because, most degrees have little value professionally in here. Courage, hard work, motivation, happiness and willing to learn (and actually learning, because most only have the will).

My advice is
1- know what professional you want to become? Sales, retail, ad marketer, e-marketer, consumer goods, service, bank, hotel... Then spot the best in class company: the reference. For instance Marketing Unilever, retail finance HSBC, banking goldman sachs, entrepreneurship GE, innovation apple, IT programming google... Aim high you have nothing to lose.
2- get a foot in the door, explain your motivation to the HR or persons in the organization and start at any level, any position, any salary. I encourage you to accept a lower salary, even misery f you can afford for some months. Then you are in!
Now work your way up and gain your missing stones in building your pyramid to the top!

Most fortune 500 companies CEO just did that!
