Process are some (or many) job, to manage process you need manage one by one base on Job Specification and skills of staff who were training by you, but important job is supervising process by a tool _ such as PDCA (or CAPDo) (see picture below) _ to reach target (see picture below).

Hi Linh Giang, one of the possible ways you may want to consider is to set up a "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) for a business in question which usually includes elements such as: Item No. (of a Task or Step), Task or Step's Name and Description, Responsible Party/ Staff, Timeline (for Completion), Main Resources Available, etc. This can be used in conjunction with other tools like Service-level Agreement (SLA) signed with individuas involed in the process/ business, and of course with staff's Job Description (JD) or Terms of Reference (TOR), etc.
Of course, more important than using tools is the proper management of people, change and performance, which is often much easier to talk about but far more difficult to implement :(-

D - Deploy countermeasure
C - Check countermeasure
And avoid "When top level guys look down, they see only shit" => because some time, you think your colleague is low level and judge them, but you don't recognize a true : "your colleague see you tell them as shit"

It seems that many company see the values of process and try to have process to mange. But one big question is why the process management is not very well carried out. It is the process itself. So to make suitable processes for each department and the whole company, we have to do hard and sharply to finalise the best ones. CLEAN & CLEAR is the core of the process. All the member of your company feel the " your department process" is VERY CLEAR AND CLEAN. The clearer the process is closer to the actual daily tasks. the CLEANER of the process, the carrier feel more comfortable and willing to follow it well.
