"Chiến thắng vạn quân, không bằng chiến thắng bản thân"
The biggest rival in life of anyone is themselves.
Knowing that, I am not trying to win myself or crossing over :) but anytime I feel:
Lack of confidence – don’t believe I can succeed
Lack of focus – don’t know what you want
Lack of direction – don’t know what to do
I will try to motivate myself to Boost Confidence, remain Focus and keep on moving...
As long as you still remain persistence and not let's yourselves over you, you will get back control
Here is tips that I am using:
- Keep focusing on everything positive such as your advantages, past successes, your strengths....don't
just think about what you want, the negative thoughts going to come, you are going to stuck on the world of explanations for why you aren't getting that.Past failures, bad breaks, and personal weaknesses dominate your mind. You become jealous of your competitors and start making excuses for why you can’t succeed.
- How to stay focus? Being afraid ( fear ) is the killer to our motivation in this case. The only way to stay focus is to clearly define the GOAL, By defining a goal, you automatically define a set of actions. focusing your mind on a positive goal instead of an ambiguous fear, you put your brain to work. When know what you want, you become motivated to take action.
- You know what you want, don’t know what to do? or what to do next. This mean you are lost you direction :)
Focus still the key in this case, you need to remain focus on the overall target and Make a list of all your activities and arrange them based on the out come results ( doing like a mind map ). Then make an action plan that focuses on the activities that lead to main target. Keeping track of your most important tasks will direct your energy towards success.
Going from Big to medium then small tasks will have you to creates positive momentum leading to success :)
To be honest sometime I still be panic and fear and fail to myself and sometime need time to recover...
Good luck !-
