    In the business world I believe that leaders need development in ethics, corporate social responsibility, trust, etc. These would all come under a practice called “Modelling the Way”. Modelling the way is a practice sadly lacking, with many leaders of today, in all areas of life. Of course leaders need to model the way guided by ethical values. The global economic crisis was caused by leaders who did not model the way and they definitely were not ethical.
    The above is the foundation of all good leadership. Building on that, you must have, as Ms Thanh stated, vision and commitment to take action. Where do we want to go and what do we have to do to get there. You need both and also ethical values to be a good and effective leader.

    Level 5= Humility and Will to do the good for the company growth. nothing personal!
