- Be able to running a business or representative office independently
- Understand human resources workflow and Vietnamese labor law
- Understand finance workflow, P&L, cash flow, management reports and government reports.
- Knowhow in OEM product procedure, shipping, local logistics and import procedure.
- Knowhow in brand building, promotion campaign, marketing material and press media
- Be able to build online marketing strategy and SEO with social media, blogs, company website, forum seeding.
- Be able to work under matrix management and with complex sales (four levels).
- Be able to build Sales strategy, sales team, key performance Indicators (KPI) and conduct sales training.
- Teamwork spirit and motivation. Be able to build a strong team.
- Understand database structure, easy to learn new applications and cloud technology.
- Be good in MS offices.
