PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- As Center General Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the Center's business, operational, and service success.
- You will lead Sales and Service teams towards meeting and exceeding prescribed sales and operational goals. This includes training and inspiring a team of varied profiles, as well as creating a work environment that encourages trust, commitment, and success.
- Additionally, you will work with the Center Sales Manager to provide day-to-day mentoring and oversight to the Educational Consultants.
- Support the CGM in achieving Center KPIs, ensuring smooth operations, and providing general management to the Center staff.
- Lead and implement EC training and provide additional support to ECs who are behind on target so that no EC falls behind.
- Lead by example by maintaining a stellar personal sales performance (minimum of 8 contracts per month) and an exemplary conversion ratio.
- Observe and review each Senior EC's group's performance to ensure that company’s methodologies and best practices are followed.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to create strong partnerships with the Sales and Service Teams. It's important that both teams respect one another and understand what each team is doing.
- Facilitate sales meetings in the absence of the CGM.
- 5-10 years of sales experience, 3-5 years of management experience
- Strong people management skills and excellent emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to forecast staff at risk
- Experience working with targets and under high pressure
- Long working hours (10:00am - 8:30pm, 6 days per week)
- Fluent in English (IELTS 5.5+) and Vietnamese
- Experience working in Vietnam and in a multi-cultural team
