Learning & Organization Development Assistant Manager


Job Description

1. Search, evaluate and select External Trainer, agency training, public training courses/ programs to fulfill the needs of the stakeholders

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis for stakeholders & Propose training plan
  • Establish provider list of Training agency and external Trainers for reference and update it regularly
  • Coordinate with external or internal trainers to establish training courses and update regularly
  • Create Purchase Request for training course & follow up until PO is issued to vendor
  • Arrange training logistics such as room, printing, equipment,... as required to prepare for the training
  • Monitor, track data to ensure training/ workshop/ seminars…at plant implemented in accordance with the training policy and process
  • Manage database, reports, training history records, training provider list, internal trainers, library of hard and soft copy books, materials with clear and tidy folders and index … also prepare other administration reports as required
  • Work closely and partner with HRBPto enable delivery of the HR practices in professional ways

2. Be a partner to the stakeholders to ensure the training policy and procedure are followed in a good manner

  • Seek and analyze feedback from stakeholders / participants to study the opportunities for training improvement
  • Support departments when they are in need

3. Ensure the training plan is implemented properly and under budget control by coordinating closely with stakeholders

  • Monitor the training plan within approved budget, including these areas: Technical skill, and Step-up program
  • Follow up Training plan and work with stakeholders in case the training plan needs to be changed or updated to fit with business objectives
  • Be responsible for Training management and arrangement to ensure the training quality, training satisfaction and data accuracy

4.Provide other supports to manager:

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Prepare claim document set & submit to accounting dept. to clear payment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant major
  • At least 2 year in Training management
  • Have a good HR knowledge in corporation
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Good facilitation & presentation skill,
  • Good communication, problem solving, planning & organizing, analysis skill
  • Be result oriented, responsible, proactive, willing to support and teamwork
  • Have good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Be proficiency in MS PPT, Word, MS Excel, etc.
