Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders managing needs and expectations
  • Produce management reports and analysis including relevant supporting commentary pertaining to recruitment progress and trends
  • Create strategic talent pipelines for future on-boarding
  • Conduct searches for candidates based on hiring manager’s requirements includes using relevant websites, Linkedin and/or advertising, headhunting…
  • Maintain tracking of vacancies
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters and liaise with where appropriate to ensure appropriate brief is given and best candidates can be sourced
  • Manage supplier terms ensuring best rates are negotiated
  • Comply with legal obligations and ensure 'right to work’ requirements are met
  • Responsible for management and maintenance of internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process)
  • Take up references; verbal and written
  • Collect employee’s profile and present hire orientation for new starters
  • Regularly reviews and recommends changes to processes as required
  • Other task will be assigned by Line Manager (TA Supervisor)

Job Requirements

  • At least 01 - 02 years’ experience working as a headhunter at a major executive search firm or an internal recruiter at a professional services firm or a major retailer
  • Experience in logistic field & mass recruitment are a plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to construct clear candidate briefs and compose advertisements that capture the essence of company’s requirements
  • Good at interviewing and assessment skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work in with the team
  • Team work, open minded, flexible, dynamic.
