Job Description

** Job purpose:

  • To ensure the management of Sales team & activities in accordance with agreed Business plans within the assigned Region (HCMC)
  • To deliver business objectives as defined by the management.

** Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Hire, train and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Supervisors and Salesmen
  • Drive, guide /coach, engage, reward and develop team to increase productivity, ensure performance against objectives and professional growth
  • Set, cascade and manage overall sales targets in terms of Sell – in & Sell & out, market share, retail and whole Sales coverage and frequency
  • Execute the region's annual sales and distribution strategies and plans to achieve set targets and objectives
  • Ensure regular tracking of business results, performance analysis on the territories and partners and propose relevant action plans to address business opportunities or threats
  • Manage team to ensure an efficient and effective sales and distribution of products and excellence in field executions of trade activities
  • Lead team to develop and maintain good professional relationships with strategic Distributors & Key Accounts and Wholesalers to build high level of cooperation and alignment of business strategies and plans
  • Lead the field sales force in the structured collection of relevant market, competitor and touch point intelligence to facilitate enhanced market analysis and decision making
  • Manage Regional budgets like Sales Force cost, visibility investments and T&E items effectively
  • Identify and manage talents according to agreed processes and standards to build succession plan and talent pipeline, systematically working with HRBP to identify talent for succession to key positions

Job Requirements

  • Personality: result – driven with a positive outlook, highly – committed, dynamic, mature, strong leadership, autonomy, good communication skill, team work, able to manage close relationship with key Accounts & Distributors & Wholesalers
  • Computer skills: Advanced in MS office• Language skills: Fluent in Vietnamese, fluent in English
  • Others:
    • Frequent Domestic Business trips
     University Degree 
    • Significant experience (2-3 years) as Regional Sales Manager.
    • Experience and knowledge in FMCG, prefer skincare industry
