Job Description

* PURPOSE: Increase sales competencies of MT Sales Supervisors, Promoter Girls, and Sales Reps through:

(1) equipping the sales force with sufficient knowledge in product, customer and sales process management, and
(2) engaging sales team towards a high winning spirit.  

* MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Sales Head and HRBP to conduct TNA and propose training solutions for Sales Capability Development to build annual training plans; ensure selling efficiency of Sales Team through effective KPIs structure and sales incentive scheme.
  • Manage and implement all year-round training calendar for different sales levels.
  • Own and implement the Sales onboarding process; ensure that every new joiner receives relevant onboarding programs before and while handling the new role.
  • Develop and implement Sales training planning, including all learning and development-related plans; work collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet the desired outcomes.
  • Build and develop training materials for all sales levels to improve their skills and knowledge to achieve business results.
  • Be responsible for the field coaching programs and conduct regular assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Well aligned with Head Office of engagement and promotional activities.
  • Provide training to ensure sales tools are well utilized.
  • Prepare and share, with relevant stakeholders, progress reports highlighting the impact of the training and people development on the business results.
  • Monitor MBR & PDP/PADP processes to ensure the timeline is met.
  • Work closely with the Sales Transformation team to build and implement Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to equip sales team with sufficient analytical skills and increase the effectiveness of the MT selling process and customer service.  

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Sales MT channel Sup+ level at least 3 years
  • Experience in training FMCG companies (MT channel) at least 1 year
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good at English is preferred
  • Experience in SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE) is preferred
  • Exposure to traveling
