Job Description

  • Manage all activities of Direct sales channel.
  • Build and develop the quantity of sales teams.
  • Propose sales plan, appropriate incentive system in order to reach sales target
  • Follow up implementation of sales policy, sales plan, special program.
  • Provide direction for solving arising problems or handle complains & problems.
  • Make relating reports periodically or upon request.

Job Requirements

  • University graduated
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, sales, organization, problem solving, interpersonal, leadership
  • Proficiency in, English & MS Office
  • Responsible, enthusiastic, diligent, self-motivated, able to work in team & under pressure
  • 35 ~ 45 years old
  • At least 10 year experiences in sales management, priority in direct sales/ retail/ insurance
