The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- To be responsible for sales target achievement of Beko Home Appliance Products
- Monitor Sales progress, give quick responses to market change
- Cooperate with dealer for in store promotions, display program, sub-dealer programs and sell-out scheme.
- Market information analysis. Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors and propose new product line ups, sales policy and promotion programs.
- Support and co-operate with marketing department for major marketing activities: advertising, seminar, dealer convention, exhibition, promotion plan, and users or dealers' events...
- Build CE Dealer Network, manage and develop good relationship with potential / current dealers/distributors to promote sales.
- To build up and implement product road map or plans to promote current/new products
- Lead and motivate sales team to reach company’s goal through sales coaching & team capability building
- To plan, control and allocate sales budget
Report to: Sales Manager
- University degree from Economic related fields
- Having at least 4 years of relevant experiences in foreign or multinational company with CE experience
- Good in speaking and writing English (preferable) & using computer’s software
- Good interpersonal skill, hard-working and high responsibility spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Willing to go for business trip.
- Have skills to work both independently and as part of a team
