Job Description
- Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of Hikvision products;
- Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
- Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
- Provide product and solution training for customers and users;
- Responsible for project management and project delivery;
- Write product solutions and responsible for inquires of technical parts of related products;
- Other job related to technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred. Fluent in English, Chinese is a preference;
- At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products;
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.; work well under pressure.
- CV is preferable in English or Chinese.
