Trade Marketing Executive


Job Description

Market & Customer Understanding

  • Collect information about market, market demand, competitor status, and alternative products.
  • Visit market and regional Customer to take experience and information
  • Position products and understand company product system
  • Understand customer behavior and demand.
  • Supervise regional sales & marketing activities of both us and competitors.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.

Branding & Event

  • Drive brand awareness across various categories and products.
  • Attend and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
  • Prepare all marketing documentary & resource for Trading/ event activities
  • Manage all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.
  • Analyze the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
  • Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.

Commercial support

  • Create trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges
  • Execute the trade marketing plan across the region
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
  • Manage and motivating within a team
  • Well coordinate with other departments to enhance the efficiency of procedure, ensure commercial goals of the brand, growth of market and volume of sales.
  • Develop and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders/ partners and customer.

Analysis and report

  • Do report in time, follow as functions, missions and whenever needs.
  • Report on data and industry trends relating to trade categories 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in Marketing, Communication, Commerce and Economy or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, trade marketing and/or marketing communications 
  • Proven track record of contributing to regional trade marketing campaign and activities; and have good knowledge of relevant channels, tactics and success criteria;
  • Experienced in supporting and training sales teams/ collaborators to deliver a consistent message throughout the buying journey and customer feedback.
  • High experience with handle communication crisis, relationship with partners and customers.
  • Experience with sales & marketing in Engineering, Infrastructure and building materials, and/or take part in building project.
  • Market research and analyze, develop market and enhance branding level.
  • Good in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in Vietnamese/ English
  • Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are compulsory required.
  • Good knowledge about sales application such as CRM, ERP, Sales Force ect…
