HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in the 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. They are looking for high qualified candidate for 𝑯𝑹 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓Position

• Time: T2-T7, 8:40 – 17:00

• Working Location: Binh Chanh, HCMC

• Salary: $1500 – $2000💵💵

🔵 JOB RESPONSIBILITY

🔹 Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

🔹 Based on the recruitment plan, coordinating with relevant departments on the recruitment and selection process

🔹 Building appraisal system and standard procedure, involving in setting KPI and performance evaluation

🔹 Managing the payroll, individual income tax, social insurance, benefits program and other related issues

🔵 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

🔸 3+ years of management experience

🔸 Being fluent in English (4 skills)

🔸 Expertise in HR management recruitment and training

🔸 Knowledge of Vietnam Labour law
