HR Strategy’s Client is a Company in  Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for Human Resources Director  position

• Work Location: HCMC
• Company size: 2500 employees (4 factories)
• Report to: Board of Director
• Worktime: Monday – ½ Saturday

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission
• Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
• Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR executives
• Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
• Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations
• Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices
• Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
• Prepare reports for the CEO using business metrics and KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Adminstrative or related majors.
• Experienced in manufacturing companies with scale from 2000 to 2500 people.
• Have experience in working for large corporations in manufacturing and distributing.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Able to communicate in English effectively in writing, verbally and through presentations
• Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level, strong financial management, analytical, organizational, mentoring, coaching skills
• Possess strong people skills – is able to work with other organizations such our business partners
• Advance knowledge and experience in MS Office and strong knowledge of general computer operations

BENEFITS

• Salary: $10000 – $15000, depends on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
