I think the use of a proper name brings elegance to people's minds. In the US names like Ann Taylor, Talbots, Eileen Fisher, or Vera Wang all bring to mind the designer's line of clothing instantly. Even most men understand what an Ann Taylor suit means in strength of style. I have seen some add "boutique" to bring a sense of exclusivity to the name. In the US a boutique will normally means a store with high end brands.

Another approach is to name it something completely unrelated to clothing. A popular US company called Urban Outfitters name is somewhat related to clothing - i.e. outfit. But they have two other stores with brands completely unrelated to clothing - Anthropologie http://www.anthropologie.com/anthro/index.jsp and Free People http://www.freepeople.com/ . The GAP is similar with brands like Old Navy and Banana Republic. This second store, Banana Republic, has a fun sounding name even though a banana republic references countries like Guatemala and Honduras controlled by banana companies. So maybe a play on words related to young professional women trying to break into the business world. Another approach is to find a clever link to clothing, similar to urban outfitters. One small store in the US is called Styche, a play on the word stitch - http://stycheonline.com/

So if I was to name a trendy store selling women's fashions I would suggest "SiteLines". Something that normally is used in construction design, quite the opposite of designer clothing. Yes, in designer clothing we always discuss the lines of a dress or suit and site is a play on sight. It is also a little bold, allowing a traditional woman to stand out just enough to say she is ready to compete in the business office.

I agree with what others have discussed with doing a survey and maybe give several suggestions using different approaches.

However, you can understand Vietnamese language. My colleges have guessed you are married to Vietnamese woman. Now I understand you have used google translator. Your name suggests a very meaningful, but I’m afraid that it is not work well in the context of Vietnam, because few people can truly understand the concept of it.
