• Leading a small team of marketing to conduct world-class Search and Customer services to HR2B clients. Assign customers and job to qualified team members and follow up team KPIs
• Candidate Development - Ensure team has up to date ‘Talent Map’ of the industry.
• Ensure team is carrying out bussiness activities and report back quarterly.
