A Virtual Entities Management
Support (VEMS)” is the synthesis of a research conducted on Marketing
Managers of 179 companies in order to evaluate their use of web 2.0 tools and
internal and external e-collaboration.

It designs a model of a virtual
entity in three dimensions, a measurement of e-collaboration, and a method to
help managers of virtual teams and communities.

The method has been applied with
five managers providing them a radar dashboard and a road map of improvement.
