    We have to do the thing that we want to become a habit ( I just mention to good habit only ) everyday and it will take times.To be come a good leader, need to take time to coaching,guidline to staft and if the staft can control his job well and make improvement, the benefit must be recorded.As well as you need give chances to your staft to improve if he have any mistakes.Learning from mistakes to improve and you have to fair to all.

    1. Physically exercise: Many people only start to exercise physically when they get older or having some heath issue. I believe leaders who often have some kind of physical exercise everyday (whatever form you like) may have clearer mind and higher energy to lead more effectively
    2. Mentally exercise: Like your body, in order to be healthy , your mind need to exercise too. Some simple mental exercise could be - find positive thought in every situation; saying complement often (believe me this action is very mentally), etc
