I have started my career at Chinfon Vietnam where I have helped the team to established the market in Ho Chi Minh city and prepared the base for growth for the South market.
After that I joined Holcim Vietnam and grew myself significantly in Sales where the distribution & visibility of Holcim Vietnam were clearly illustrated, thus this made the sales increased and became the brand of choice.
For the performance, I was promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager where I grew myself and became an effective team leader. The contribution of my Customer Service team has been notified & awarded in the region and contributed to the smooth operation of the Sales & logistics of Holcim Vietnam.
At Tetra Pak Vietnam, I worked independently and along with Communications & Environment Director, I was in charge of developing strategies for Communications and Environment department that aligns with global & regional strategies. The strategy links directly to promoting the product categories of Tetra Pak customers and Tetra Pak business.
From the academic background, I have completed my Master degree in Marketing, Sales & Services at Paris Sorbonne 4 university and HCMC Economic university.
In the meantime, I am looking for an opportunity to work in the Customer Services or Supply Chain where I believe my experience and academic background are good combination to the success of the company.
