Public Profile

As an HRM lecturer, my philosophy of teaching is that teaching at undergraduate level is to equip students with practical knowledge and transferable skills so that they may well adapt to working environment. I am keen on teaching the three courses: Human Resource Management, Developing Managerial Skills and Career Developing Skills. My research interest may be grouped in the three broad areas: employee motivation, career management and work-life balance. In my opinion, these three issues closely relate to happiness at work of employees which, in turn, lead to positive organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, I will aim to learn about these three topics throughout my academic career.
