January 2014 - Present (11 years 6 months)• In charge of lease Contract dealing, reviewing, management and rental payment of accommodation arranged for foreign secondees in both Vietnam and abroad such as Korea, Malaysia, Japan.
• Organize annual events such as Tet event, International Woman’s day, so on.
• Processing documents for foreign secondees, including work permit, visa entry to Vietnam, resident card and other support related, etc, in which legalization is a must for hired foreign expert from over the world, such as Romani, Pakistan, India, Holland, ect (manage document of more than 140 foreigners)
• Compensation & Benefits
- Process monthly payroll, monthly social insurance reconciliation report, and make sure company’s policies on compensation and benefits for Vietnamese and Japanese managers.
- Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
- Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefit scheme to be applied properly
- Process social insurance related issues for new staff, current staff, including new insurance book, make claims and follow up payments for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc), and process Social Insurance Book for leaving staff.
- Update personnel change or revision of C&B policies.

Attend in the coordinate meetings with the Contractor and the Employer and assist Project Manager as an interpreter and paper work.
Translate any report including monthly report, circulations inwards or outwards, documents and correspondents related to project.
Take notes during the meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (EN and/or VN) and send it to the Employer, the Contractor for signature. Check that minute of meeting come back signed.
