Work with key Business Unit stakeholders to build accountability amongst field staff for field stock management activities, including cycle count completion, reconciliation of variances and retrieval of expired inventory from field locations.
 Measure compliance of field staff in regard to inventory management.
 Identify and implement improvement opportunities to make the consignment reconciliation process as efficient and effective as possible.
 Support field staff/3rd Party Logistic in coordinating field cycle counts and achieving reconciliation of stock levels
 Work with Field Inventory Supervisor and Key Business Unit stakeholders to set appropriate field stock levels where relevant based on usage
 Managing the par level replenishment process (where relevant).
 Develop and distribute monthly performance reports to Business Units and leadership, measuring performance against departmental KPIs.
 Work with Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance staff to re-classify and reconcile differences in consignment stock counts, i.e. reconcile between SAP and consignment stock take counts.
 Identify and implement process improvements by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
 Support ad-hoc requests from TM’s for consignment stock reports for stock take purposes
 Support onboarding and training of new TMs and Field Inventory Analysts into the consignment stock management process and supporting technology.
 Monitor individual performance of TMs in terms of field stock control – highlight instances of non-performance with BU and Operations leadership to target improvement.
 Ensure that all quality requirements and objectives are met

• Balances the stock between Distribution Centers and manages the distribution requirement plan (DRP) in the most cost-effective way.
• Manages the Inter-market Supply of Finished Good and Semi-Finished Good. Delivers “in-full-on-time” the good import/export orders of other Nestlé companies in order to meet their demand in the most cost effective way (D/S - Inter-market).
• Ensures weekly/daily Demand & Supply planning cycles.
• Provides weekly and monthly production schedules (MPS) to the factory (Production Planning).
• Assists the management in capacity/investment decision making, measures the effectiveness of the SC planning (KPIs) and provides alternatives/ recommendation to improve the process.
• Supports working capital continuous reduction through effective stock cover management while ensures the stock for sales; supports company’s innovation and renovation plans (New Product Development).
• Manages exceptions and arbitrate between commercial and technical functions in situations of conflicting interests.
• Implements Best practices in operations and continues improvement.
