- Strong teamwork skill: I have to work with team not only in supply chain but also in factory team (QA/QC, Production planning team, project, WH, DC, Customer Service..). This skill helps me involve in work with the others better to run the work effectively.
- Leadership: Being the leader of supply management for beverage category, I am responsible for the result of all KPI (Stock cover, Distribution, Customer Service Level, Demand planning accuracy.) I must be ready to take the responsibility, making decision, motivate the team members; and be calm to control the changes.

February 2016 - Present (10 years 5 months) Manage all planning activities for the dedicated Workcell they are assigned to, mentoring the Production Planners and Document Coordinators in the Workcell and ensuring the following objectives are met: 1) 100% On-time delivery 2) Build Readiness 3) Effective.
Demand Sizing - based on properly authorized customer demand
Analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to the Workcell and customer. Once sizing is complete and an efficient Master Production Schedule.
Maintains the Workcell’s capacity planning model; drive resolution on uneven capacity utilization that keeps company focused on the customer but efficiently utilizing manufacturing resources.
Meets daily with the Workcell and manufacturing team to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
Maintains the customers latest contract on file at all times and be familiar with the terms and conditions of the contract regarding customer liability of material planning and production scheduling.
Functions as the Workcell’s “expert” on all planning activities by supporting the Production Planner goal of never starting to build product without having a valid PO, adequate material quantities, and accurate BOM and an accurate routing.
Leads the Workcell on the creation of BOM’s and routings that allows accurate tracking of WIP assemblies and accurate inventory movement transactions.
End-of Life (EOL) management should include chairing a meeting 30 days prior to the last planned build date to create tactics to support the EOL strategy which build schedule, corrections and resolution of MPS to customer. -

Measure compliance of field staff in regard to inventory management.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities to make the consignment reconciliation process as efficient and effective as possible.
Support field staff/3rd Party Logistic in coordinating field cycle counts and achieving reconciliation of stock levels
Work with Field Inventory Supervisor and Key Business Unit stakeholders to set appropriate field stock levels where relevant based on usage
Managing the par level replenishment process (where relevant).
Develop and distribute monthly performance reports to Business Units and leadership, measuring performance against departmental KPIs.
Work with Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance staff to re-classify and reconcile differences in consignment stock counts, i.e. reconcile between SAP and consignment stock take counts.
Identify and implement process improvements by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc requests from TM’s for consignment stock reports for stock take purposes
Support onboarding and training of new TMs and Field Inventory Analysts into the consignment stock management process and supporting technology.

• Work with project team to keep on track project status.
• Participation in development and renewing the Site Operating Strategy.
• Maintain: Inventory at the end month for reduce cost charge for WH.
• Maintain SAP master data (examples: resources, recipes) and key supply data, Ensures key SAP planning parameters are aligned with the Site Operation Strategy.
• Communicate with supply chain (QAQC, Project, MRP, DRP WH..) to resolve critical issues which impact to Purchase Orders, Cost, Cash, Service, Operation.
• Participates in ensuring and verifying correct demand flow to the site Maintain valid production and supplier schedules in SAP throughout the 18 month horizon. Participate to do Capacity Planning by monthly, quarterly, yearly and review with Regional planning team.
• Manages run-out, discontinued, and obsolete materials within the planning systems.
• Identifying critical supply constraints and developing action plans to avoid service impacts.
• Follow up purchase order and solving problem (annex contract for modification, draft contract for specific purchase, strategic the big purchase & for the sub-contractor).
• Ensure the Service after sales beside production Department (quality of product, quantity, price...) and also feed back to supply chain.
