Started my career in telecommunication industry as implementation engineer from 2006 for VNPT-Fujitsu Telecommunication Systems JSC (the joint venture between VNPT and Fujitsu - 2 biggest Telecom and ICT group of Vietnam and Japan), after a few department changed and worked as key person of those department, with a lot of opportunity to work with partner came from inside and outside of Vietnam. I have collected a lot of thing about: how each work must be done, the way to applying technologies/skills to help finish works/tasks on time with best result, how to communicate/discuss and lead the team to grow up, and be professional within partner's eyes.
Those collected things are my experienced to improving my self and to be share with other/my team who did or will walk with me in a short or long ways of tasks/works and career.
I hope that, there will be more change for me to enroll in new possitions, new opportunity to improving my career in the future. I will always try my best and finding the best way to make all tasks/works assigned to me/my team to be finish with the best result.
My hobby is photography and music, i think they help me a lot in balancing life and work and help me to keep the creative in mind.
