>> Cinema management
• Leading and Managing managers / assistant managers , and being responsible for daily business of cinema by planning , organizing , directing and coordinating with the Cinemas Managers / other Management Support team in HQ ( MKT, Acc, Purchasing, Film Distribution..) to achieve the best performance and controlling minimum costs
• Control of Customer Service standards, Cinema quality , food, safe, hygiene etc,
• Building strong teamwork and healthy & supportive work environment,
• Be responsible for KPI target of Revenue , Cost, Facility service,
• Guideline making , Policy, standard operating procedures (SOP) for cinemas,
• Managing the staff cost budget, service fee budget and control in line with performance,
• To coordinate with MKT team making plan to improve performance of sales,

>> Operation Control
• Responsible for the stable operation of all the cinemas such as supervising the doing checklist by daily , weekly , monthly or season of “Hygiene, Fire & Safety, Sites checklist, Maintenance checklist…” and ensure the standard operating procedures (SOP) of each cinemas have to right follow (Cinema air conditioned, Screen & Sound system, Food quality , Service quality, Cleaning..)
• Representing all cinemas in cooperating with all department in company to support and improve the performance of sales,
• Ensure all Guideline , policies, procedures followed strictly,
• Ensure all stock control, cost minimization, food quality, CS,
• Fixing the team conflicts , audit and review regularly cinemas situation by monthly, quarterly

>> Planning and Performance Analysis
• Budget allocations & Control for each cinema by monthly, quarterly, yearly on closely.
• Making and analyzing the daily performance report to BOD, review the MKT result and improve for the next plan,
• Planning and making proposal report to BOD for Controlling cost / Increasing revenue / Standardization of management processes in cinema ,
• Coordination with Business Development Team and Project Team for ensuring the new site open in the year ,
• Ensuring the opening of new site on time and operating in ready ,

>> Training & Admin Control
• Cooperating with CGV University (Training Center) for all Management teams and staff training to effectively train staff continually and innovatively.
• Providing and improving documents as needed for cinemas teams and other department support, work with Purchasing team to control the cost and quality for cinemas,

>>> CBRE Vietnam ( PIC at Indochina Plaza Hanoi – IPH shopping center)
May 2012 – Mar 2013: Marketing Consultants & Tenant Coordinator
• Develop ideas and implement ideas for opening of IPH Shopping Center.
• Create marketing event plans for shopping mall by month, by quarter and by year.
• Create a promotional campaign on the feast day of the month
• Make the tenant meeting to discuss about the promotion plan every month.
• Lead tenants follow the original marketing plan of shopping center.
• Support tenant handling issues, if any.
• Handling complaint from tenants, shoppers.
• Support tenants to solve issue related to marketing or decoration.
• Support tenant do their event or their promotion.
• Marketing consulting for tenant if any.
• Develop ideas decoration for center in the fixed location, the location for tenants, and the rental location.
• Periodically check the shop’s decoration, decoration of the shopping mall every week
and report to the center manager and consultation of the corrective action.
• Implementation and monitoring of decorating ideas approved.
• Make a quotation for short-term leasing and implement short-term leasing.

>>> PICO DIGITAL - MIPEC TOWER
April 2010 – May 2012: Marketing Event & Decoration, Tenant coordinator.
• Develop ideas and implement ideas for opening of Mipec Tower (Picomall)
• Create marketing event plans for shopping mall by month, by quarter and by year.
• Make the ideas for the small activity and the decoration of the mall.
• Execute the event and small activity per week and per month.
• Monitoring quality decorative products.
• Make the tenant meeting to discuss about the promotion plan every month.
• Support tenants do their event or their promotion.
• Make a quotation for short-term leasing and implement short-term leasing.
• Plans to lease the advertising sector.
