- Organization and agenda meeting with design dept, CM, site,subconstractor, constractor,
client or customer.
- Submit and give good solution for problems that was happened at site.
- Advising the board of directors of development projects
- Seeking to create relationships, assess the capacity of the investor.
- Market research companies build, identify competitors, determined the company's position
in the construction market.
- Implementation of the project bidding documents
- Timely emergency information update, in order to improve procurement capacity profile of
company.
