- Follow up orders from drafting contract until the arrival of goods in local ports/airports: -
- Check the demand, draft contract/PO, send orders to suppliers, check shipping documents, raise all special requirements depend on the local regulations on the material industry (pharmaceutical ingredients: APIs and excipients, food ingredients, packaging...); give instruction on shipments; notice the vessel schedule to related department/customers
- Handle claims (if any) on defective goods, loss or inappropriate goods until having the final result (Return the goods to the suppliers; make a replacement or issue a credit to deduct the claim amount)
- Check and negotiate exclusive distributorship agreement
- Train new staff (sales & customer service): Incoterms 2010 & international payment terms
- Prepare visa, hotel booking, gifts for foreign suppliers
- Make annual importing report to Industry And Trade Department
- Make other reports to BOD (commission reports, invoices report, sales report)
- Build ordering process for Indent team daily tasks and ERP
- Input data on ERP & manage data on suppliers and manufacturers info. & POs
- Recruit staff for Indent team (select candidate, interview & evaluate the application)
