ANPHABE

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to our Marcom Manager. By joining #BeeTeam (our own way to call an Anphabe employee), you would be one of the strong players in driving both strategy and execution of Anphabe Marketing and Anphabe services.

IMPACTS you would create:

• Responsible for executing, developing, and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including website development, leads generation, market research, and audience engagement… to optimize the performance of digital marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns.
• Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective communications strategies (from master plan to execution) that align with the company's business goals, and build strong awareness & interest for Anphabe & Partners B2B services (Linkedin / Workplace from Meta).
• Cooperate with the internal team to run Anphabe thought-leadership events targeting top CE0 / HR / Leaders, such as Vietnam Best Places to Work Summit, Vietnam Excellence Summit, Happiness at Work Summit…

Detail Job Description

• Develop, manage, and optimize multiple digital communications platforms (especially website & email) and build related content (services descriptions, sales-marketing content, brief, script, blogs, …) to increase target client’s awareness & interest in Anphabe & Partners services (LinkedIn / Workplace from Meta).
• Analyze and optimize B2B lead performance campaigns based on data-driven insights and strategy (SEO, SEM), improvements in ROI, and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
• Manage email database and deploy email marketing activity on the CRM system.
• Weekly/monthly monitor, analyze and report the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, and assist other teams to provide creative solutions in Anphabe's project across communications channels.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and knowledge in the industry.
• Other tasks as assigned.
