• Actively find new customers for BPO in Data Processing and Call Center businesses • Learn about BPO processes & unique selling points in order to give effectively sell BPO services to customers • Define targeted customers and industries to approach • Conduct telesales (cold call) to targeted customers from overseas and Vietnam to sell our services, and do presentation through field visit or video conference • Responsible for pre-contract processes: pricing, proposal, pilot execution (coordination with BPO PMs), contract • Ensure to achieve the monthly/quarterly and yearly sales target • Consistently and professionally provide an accurate business forecast • Be responsibility for growth in key target markets, vertical and horizontal • Grow and consistently maintain a business pipeline • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to gain their endorsement for Harvey Nash solutions within the target markets • Act as an effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of customer management • Creative and entrepreneurial sales approach but focused on effective revenue growth and margin control • To perform other tasks assigned by BPO Director and the Management.
