Consultant, anh là ai?

A consultant who is paid by you to study what he will advise you. The more clients he meets the more experience he gets and the more he can charge you for his precious advice. This is what we call knowledge inflation!
1- Listening skills to understand exactly the problem and what you need -like a doctor-
2- learning skills to check all related matters and start to think of a better solution
3- creativity skill in order to analize and compile all information and technology (old and new) to propose a solution -usually new because if you as a professional could not solve your problem it is because you have not found an existing solution
4- Communication skills to explain in simple words to you and to your team why, how and what to apply the new solution
5- Last but not least Marketing skills: because the consultant how good he is, must always find a way to "how-to-know" his "know-how". once 1 consulting mission is finished he must find another one to keep doing consulting.
NB. The most difficult skills to get is 3- CREATIVITY and 5-MARKETING
