Customer 10% • Ensure that all sales process are done efficiently and effectively to maintain fast turn around time to get the applications into underwriting. • Ensure that completeness of documents and all application fields are filled out. • Ensure that the applicant gets the correct and accurate, not misleading information on company credit card products, programs, or promotions. • Ensure that selling & relationship building is done according to company’s code of conduct and values. Performance 1. GROW ACCOUNT AND CARD NUMBER 30% • Execute Cards direct sales strategies tailored to the Vietnam market which incorporate competitive incentive scheme, good sales governance, analysis of sales performance in the industry. • Agree on sales targets for the direct sales channel in HCM/ Ha Noi and its surrounding and continuously monitor the success of these sales targets. • Report on the performance of sales indicators on a regular basis to the Senior Sales Manager. • Provide statistical reports and analysis of the performance of the sales areas. 3. TOTAL BUSINESS CONTRIBUTION 5% • Contribute to the long term development of Cards Business Vietnam. People 1. SALES TEAM & AGENCY MANAGEMENT 10% • Execute agreed incentive programs for direct sales agents (in house, outsource, and full service agency), and direct sales agencies to ensure cards growth through direct sales channels. • Lead the Cards direct sales workforce by forging a team of skilled and motivated managers and staff in the delivery of high quality and profitable business and create an environment in which productivity, quality and service are the focus of Cards. • Manage target, work load & capacity of direct sales agents from in house, outsource and full service agencies to maximize performance result. • Risk 10% SALES GOVERNANCE • Ensure that all sales activities have good sales governance. • Setup, implement, monitor and control good sales governance • Provide induction training for sales agents & merchant officers (in house, outsource, or full service agency), to ensure full understanding of and compliance to company & country regulations, credit policy, standard procedures and company code of conduct. • Ensure that agreed & processes are understood and executed by all sales agents & merchant officers
