Job Description
- Preparing all tax reports (VAT, CIT, WHT...), and submitting them to the tax department；
- Checking and signing off all invoices and payment requests before submitting to the CFO of Vietnam subsidiary;
- Maintaining the general ledgers and all related accounts；
- Maintaining other accounts and performing other accounting duties as required；
- Reconcile all accounts；
- Preparing all internal reports as requested;
- Booking JE relate to salary, SI, UI…at month-end
- Working with an annual audit；
- Preparing Accounting reports according to VN law；
- Preparing Statistic report；
- Preparing refund tax documents；
Other assignments and projects are required by the CFO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting and finance fields (or above);
- Intermediate accounting certificate, tax accountant certificate, CPA is preferred;
- 1-3 years working experience in the role of Chief Accountant in the manufacturing industry;
- Good command of Chinese language, the experience of doing degree studies in China is preferred;
- Candidates must prepare their CVs in Chinese;
- Software skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, ERP, etc.;
