1.1 Overall responsibility for IT, Finance, administration and internal audit function. 1.2 Concurrently assume position of Chief Account and Secretariat to the Board of Management. 1.3 Functional responsibility for all financial matters, covering: 1.3.1 Financial accounting (including asset register) 1.3.2 Management accounting. 1.3.3 Cost accounting (including physical stock take). 1.3.4 Cash management (including cash flow projections). 1.3.5 Internal audit (system, compliance and financial). 1.4 Lead, develop and conduct accounting analyses. 1.5 Develop, install and update accounting and reporting systems, procedures and controls. 1.6 Coordinate forecasting, budgeting activities. 1.7 Develop policy and procedures on tax planning. 1.8 Administer collection, maintenance and reporting of accounting data, review and analyze financial reports. 1.9 Interface with external and internal auditors, government and tax authorities. 1.10 Development of policy and procedures within area of responsibility. 1.11 Project work as assigned.
