Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

  • Support team in managing employee documents.
  • Maintain employee data in Bel’s system.
  • Follow up the on-board document and process.
  • Support to register PIT and Dependent Relief.
  • Support to maintain data for social insurance report.
  • Support to registration PVI with AON for employee.
  • Other administrative required by supervisor.

Requirements

  • For 3rd/4th students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
  • Interest in HR, especially C&B.
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

Skills

  • Ability to poise in handling highly confidential information.
  • Good at organizational skill, attention to details.
  • Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
  • Good at English skill in writing and reading.
