Job Description
Assist National Sales Manager (NSM) in managing key account customers for all category planning
part.
Develop key account customer vision and partnership for growth in long term.
Manage annual sales target of key account customers under assignment from National Sales
Manager.
Monitor accounts sales performance, sales growth and profitability in coherence with brand and category objectives
Build strong partnership and close contact with Buying / Purchasing department of local / international MT customers
Develop and implement joint business plan with customers to align with division strategy
Coordinate with marketing department to define annual activities, promotion, assortment, customer event, merchandsing plan which suitable to each customer
Coordinate with Supply Chain department to improve customer service level to meet customer score card
Develop category captaincy strategy and deploy with suitable customer
Drive year-end negotiation for trading terms and sign contract with customers
Create, implement and follow up an annual business plan taking into account all level of grwoth: commercial agreements, marketing action, merchandising, education and retail opportunities, profitability...
Coordinate smoothly with Regional Sales Manager to implement all Marketing activities, merchandising, promotion, assortment, pricing plan by customer
Coordinate with NSM to participate sales forecast monthly
Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Planning team to complete listing new product process
Follow up with competitor's information and update to NSM
Making monthly report to NSM on time
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience in sales for beauty or FMCG.
Experiences of MT channel are preferred.
Gender preferred: woman with good health status, and willing to travel
Age preferred: 28 – 35 y/o
Travel requirement: 20% working time to travel to sales field
Team management
Very good in teamwork, self motivated
Good communication; strong negotiation
Handle tough customers.
Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
Ideally in-depth knowledge in modern trade channel.
Working experience in sales at FMCG companies.
Able to travel.
Good English communication
