Job Description

  1. Product portfolio: optimize product portfolio by segment to capture sales growth and market shares
  2. Brand Building & PR: define strategy & ensure excellent execution across cross-functional internally and externally, using both digital and conventional platforms effectively
  3. Promotion: define strategy & ensure excellent execution to maximize ROI and achieved defined brand KPIs
  4. Training: define strategy & ensure excellent execution to support overall brand strategy and sales growth
  5. Regulatory: ensure product registration and other marketing licenses are 100% in compliance and on-time
  6. Others as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

  1. BA in Marketing
  2. At least 5yrs experience in marketing, at least 2yrs at managerial level
  3. Well knowledge & experience on law/regulation related to mkt i.e. product license, advertising, etc.
  4. Creative and easy to adapt change
  5. Experience in Multi-Level-Marketing industry would be big advantage
  6. Be able to lead team of 7 members
