Deliver sales target in assigned territory given by Regional Sales Manager Make reports (on sales, market visits, competitors...) and submit to Regional Sales Manager on time (weekly and monthly) Manage distributors, key accounts and key retailers: Manage KPIs of distributors (sales target, stock management..) Manage key retailers in the assigned territory Develop and implement master overage plan with Distributor Sales Representatives Interact and implement filed coaching for Distributor Sales Representatives on the daily basic Deploy promotion / merchandising scheme: Execute all marketing activities effectively to meet the brand objectives in all distribution points Take care of in-store availability and visibility of respective key accounts Manage Beauty Advisors Manage all Beauty Advisors to achieve monthly sell-out in the respective accounts given by Regional Sales Manager Recruit, train and coach Beauty Advisors Manage key performance indicators of Beauty Advisors
