The talents when they choose a company to work for depending on how happy they are with their work. In order to create a happy work place, the employer must well prepare some strategies and techniques to improve employee motivation. I think, to start the concepts of employee motivation, employer must begins with the fundamental understanding employee behavior. This is what I think is the most key factor for Employer Branding. Please advice me if i'm wrong.

    Yes this is right.. We also need employees to be committed. This is not just one way traffic. The commitment has to be both ways. Employer and Employee
