Sometimes, we learn good knowledge from a book, or from a successful person in a field of working, and we see that it is neccessary to apply the knowledge in our real work. The problem is that how can we apply the knowledge in real situations effectively and limit the risk of failing.

It's not difficult to adopt theories from books as well as good experiences from successful people for own learning and practices. However, applying theories or the goodness of those to our own work is not easy at all.
