As a dedicated IT recruitment consultant with more than 6 years of experience, I focus on recruiting senior executives. I supported many global organizations to successfully fulfill tough job orders despite the increasingly competitive labor market and I have been recognized with several awards during my employment.
Currently I am working as a Recruitment Consultant at Navigos Search, the leading, most experienced and highly qualified executive recruitment firm in Vietnam. In this role, I implement creative and professional recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates for open positions. Together with my team, I represent clients such as investment management firms, creative outsourcing companies and other IT organizations to recruit a variety of positions including marketing managers, web developers, and project managers.
