* Technician:
_ Survey and provide internet services: coaxial cable, optical fibre, telephone, digital television to household, school, company, government ... Customer care and handling problems.
_ Install, repair, replace electrical equipment such as: AC power system, DC power system, power generator in BTS (Base Transceiver Station)
_ Install, configure and maintain ethernet equipment: SDH, Metro Ethernet. ADSL, FTTH
_ Install, configure and broadcast BTS 2G, BTS 3G. Testing network quality, signal strength, coverage, upgrade or downgrade BTS configuration.
_ Seek properly land position and prepare land lease agreement to build up new BTS. Supervise construction.
* Head of Technician:
_ Set up schedule to work daily and working time for technicians at night to cope with any problems when occurs. Assign technicians tasks by month and week follow Viettel KPIs, then review the performance monthly.
_ Manage customer data: quantity and detail information of customers about ADSL, PSTN, FTTH, NETTV including old and new customers. Record these changes into systems.
_ Manage network resources: quantity, positions of BTS 2G, BTS 3G, ADSL nodes, PSTN nodes of Viettel and competitors; number of optical fibre lines, coaxial cable lines, transmission network equipment. Update any changes into systems.
_ Monitor network quality: testing and optimizing coverage.
_ Manage assets: Modem, Router, homephone, Set top box, converter, coupler, ODF, coaxial cable, optical fibre; backup material, equipment for handling problem, tools, inside and outside BTS assets. Record any changes into system.
_ Perform advance reimbursement document and disbursement document for vendors in installation and maintainance BTSs, cable lines.
